Side by side
What actually changes between tiers.

One-time and optional
The two costs that aren't monthly.
Cleanup Sprint — from $750
Required before monthly service starts. We rebuild the chart of accounts, reconcile back to an agreed starting point, correct miscategorized history and stand up your job costing or commission structure. Typical range is $750–$2,500 depending on how far back the books need work and how many accounts are involved. Quoted after the free audit, fixed once quoted.
Add-ons
Quarterly tax projection for Foundation and Advisor clients, $150 per quarter. Accounts payable and receivable management for contractors juggling subs, $200 per month. Catch-up bookkeeping for prior tax years, quoted per year. We'd rather you skip an add-on you don't need than pay for a bundle you don't use.
The guarantee
On time, or that month is free.
Financials by the 10th, every month, or you aren't billed for that month. It's written into the engagement letter. We guarantee delivery because that's the part we control — we won't promise tax savings or profit outcomes, and you should be wary of firms that do.
Pricing questions
The parts people push back on.
Because you're buying a different thing. Commodity bookkeeping prices the labor of categorizing transactions. We price the answer to "which work is actually profitable" — which requires a purpose-built account structure, cost allocation and someone to interpret it. If aggregate books are all you need, a cheaper bookkeeper is genuinely the better buy and we'll tell you so on the call.
Not on a given tier — published pricing only stays honest if it applies to everyone. What we can do is start you on Foundation if budget is the constraint right now, then move you up when the reporting is worth it to you. Moving up later costs no additional setup fee.
Because fixing months or years of history is real work, and firms that "waive" it either absorb it by cutting corners or recover it through a higher monthly rate you'll pay forever. We'd rather charge once, visibly, and keep the monthly fee honest.
Yes, at your twelve-month mark: pay twelve months upfront and the twelfth is free. We don't offer it at signup, because committing a year to a firm you haven't worked with yet isn't in your interest.
Your tier price is fixed for as long as you're on that tier — we don't re-price you for closing more deals. If your volume genuinely outgrows the tier's scope, we'll say so and recommend moving up rather than quietly degrading the service.
Next step
Not sure which tier fits?
That's what the fit call is for. Twenty minutes, and we'll tell you which tier we'd actually put you on — including the cheaper one, if that's the right answer.
